Cumbey & Fair, Inc. was  selected in July 2012 by FDOT District 7 as sub consultant to Greenhorne & O’Mara, Inc. to provide 3R improvements on Alternate 19 (from N. of Curlew Rd. to N. of Whisper Lake Rd.) (1.322 miles) in Pinellas County FL.  Cumbey & Fair will provide Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), Traffic Engineering and Utility Coordination services under this contract.
