Provided complete engineering for site improvements for this 205,000 square foot commercial shopping center. This project involved road widening and improvments on U.S. 19, Drew Street, and Old Coachman Road. Our work also included improvements to the Phillie’s Training and Clearwater Bomber complex as mitigation for some of the improvements for the Clearwater Collection. This site involved extensive permitting through Pinellas County, City of Clearwater, SWFWMD, DEP, and ACOE.

Our work also included two major retrofits. The first being replacing numerous, small-to-medium size tenants with a Target Store. The second being the partial demolition and expansion of a Leichmere’s store for the addition of Home Depot. In both cases the retrofitting involved major parking area and pond redesign, and in the case of Home Depot, underground water storage vaults were needed.
