Provided complete engineering and surveying for this 34 acre shopping center which includes Publix and Wal-Mart as the main tenants. The work included relocation of a business to a stand-alone building onsite, permitting of a crossing of the Pinellas Trail, and connections with major improvements to state, county and city roadways.
