Provided complete engineering and surveying for this 80,000 square foot commercial shopping center located on 10+ acres adjacent to the Lansbrook residential development. This site offered many planning and engineering challenges due to the numerous trees covering the site, the wetland areas to the north and east of the site and the associated site layout constraints. Meetings and discussions with Pinellas County staff regarding a unique approach to stormwater design and water quality permitting directly resulted in reducing the amount of offsite borrow needed which resulted in substantial savings for our client. This shopping center has been a welcome addition to the Lansbrook area and was opened September 1994.
