St. Leo / SR 52 Transportation Improvements, St. Leo, Florida

Cumbey & Fair was Engineer of Record for this project which included SR 52 roadway improvements, removal of frontage roads, roundabout, driveway and parking re-configurations, landscape and hardscape improvements. The improvements on SR 52 included widening of the roadway to accommodate a landscape median, left and right turn lanes for the main and secondary entrances, linear treatment roads and irrigation systems. The on-campus improvements provided a main entrance focal point connected to a landscaped round-about. Frontage roads were removed and internal circulation drives were reconfigured to connect to existing and expanded parking areas. Landscaping and Architectural pavers were implemented which significantly upgraded the infrastructure along with aesthetic elements.
