Engineer of Record for the design and permitting of the rehabilitation of roadway and existing drainage systems, for the entire Town of Redington Shores.
The work consisted of approximately 4.8 miles of roadway in the coastal community. This project included milling and resurfacing, curbing, modifications to the storm water collection system and the addition of water quality separator units for various roads connecting to SR 699. The project includes DOT driveway and drainage permitting and South West Florida Water Management District storm water Management Permits. The work was in conjunction with cooperative funding agreements with South West Florida Water Management District to provide water quality improvements to the Intracoastal Waterway. Grant application preparation was provided for a total of 4.7M in grants.
Utility relocation of water and wastewater facilities was necessary for the drainage improvements.
