Design Build Veterans Benefit Administration File Storage Facility, St. Petersburg, Florida

Cumbey & Fair provided professional engineering and was the surveyor of record for the Design-Build of this 3-story File Storage Facility to store and retrieve records for 300,000 Veteran who served our country. The project is located on the V.A Bay Pines Campus in St. Petersburg, Florida. The building is located on Boca Ciega Bay and was construct on piles above the coastal base flood elevations. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
